The Vancouver Police Museum tweeted (twat???) earlier this week about receiving a complaint that their logo encouraged police brutality. Hmmm. At first we thought we were looking at a key or some kind of contorted, phallic billy club, but then we realized we were staring down the barrel of a gun. Way to criminalize your audience! It's a good thing nothing is actually illegal in Vancouver.

Judgement: Brutal. Whaddya think?

We are a bit conflicted about Police Museums, actually. We confess to having a really good time at the Police museum in Bogota, Colombia, but that could have been the twick-face talking. A lengthy exploration of that experience, coming soon. Interesting challenge of representation at any rate.

PS: In our de rigeur google image search for a phunny image for this post, we came across The Police Guide--your source for all things cop culture! Wheweee, yeah! What a shitshow of a site.

We've been tweeting our faces off lately and we've only un-followed David Lynch. Dude, you're a genius, and Twin Peaks is the best thing ever (yesterday was the 20 year "anniversary" of the fictional death of Laura Palmer--spoiler alert!!), but your deep thoughts are more befitting of @jackhandy.
